Got a book? Now Read It.

Now that you’ve attained a book. Read it. One thing we hope is for you to be empathetically engaged with the book you are reading. A lot of this material is difficult to process. So take a moment to center yourself before reading, and let yourself take breaks. Find a friend to read with you, one who you can be vulnerable with to press into the hard issues, and be honest about your contribution. Some of these books even have discussion questions written in to be your guide.

Skipped last week? There are hundreds, thousands of amazing books out there, and these are just a few. Check the blog for more suggestions and links. Or, feel free to comment with your favorites!
